The Dream P&G Internship is a flagship program offered to promising and driven undergraduate students interested in unleashing their leadership potential by immersing themselves in the exciting and challenging business of P&G. We aim to partner with the academe in developing the next generation of students who will lead their organizations and communities by exposing them to real-world challenges and providing them learning opportunities designed to grow and hone student leaders in the same way we have been growing P&G Leaders for generations.

Program Objective:
– To build leaders for tomorrow by honing and developing the skills of the next generation of leaders
– To provide students with a venue to apply their learning and prepare for real-world challenges through immersion in business setting
– To develop the global competitiveness of students by giving access to the diverse and multicultural business environment of P&G

Qualifications:
– Students in their penultimate or last year of pursuing a bachelor’s degree
– Experience in leading a group or organization in any capacity
– Strong academic performance
– Interested in developing skills to become a future leader with P&G in home country or within ASEAN countries or in our regional office in Singapore/ Thailand
– Have passion for winning and be Ready for a new challenge
